Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the order under the following conditions:
• The item is damaged during transit  
• A wrong item has been delivered  
• The product has a manufacturing defect  

Customers can choose between a replacement or a refund for eligible cases.

Replacement / Return will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Items that have been used or opened  
• Items not returned in their original condition  
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery  
• Orders above $1000 (bulk orders are non-returnable)  

We take quality control seriously to ensure that all items are delivered in good condition. However, in rare cases where an issue occurs, our team will assist you with a smooth replacement or refund process.

To request a return, please email your Order Number along with the issue details and clear images (if applicable). Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy:
